These rules apply only to reservations made with the “Book Now, Pay on the Day” option.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the tour, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged
If the guest does not attend the tour, misses the transfer, or cancels within 24 hours for any reason, 50% of the total reservation amount will still be charged
Reservations made within 24 hours before the tour can only be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes after booking confirmation
After 15 minutes, guests who wish to cancel a last-minute reservation agree to pay 50% of the reservation amount
