Buyer:
The person who completes the reservation and payment process through the Seller’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

  1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Distance Sales Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the booking and sale of tours, excursions, activities, transfer services, and related tourism services offered by JustBookTours.com and purchased electronically by the Buyer.

  1. SERVICE INFORMATION

The services subject to this Contract may include:

  • Daily tours and excursions

  • Activity and entertainment services

  • Airport or hotel transfer services

  • Event reservations

  • Date and time of the booked service

  • Number of participants

  • Total service price including taxes

All booking details are displayed during the reservation process and confirmed electronically after payment.

  1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • The total service price is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

  • Payments are securely processed through online payment systems.

  • The Seller does not store credit/debit card information.

  • Payment transactions are processed by secure PCI-DSS compliant providers.

  1. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE

The Seller agrees to provide the purchased service according to the reservation details confirmed by the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for arriving at the specified meeting point or being available at the hotel pickup time.

Delays caused by the Buyer may result in partial or full loss of service without refund.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION

According to applicable tourism regulations, services provided on specific dates are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.

Cancellation and modification requests are subject to the Cancellation Policy accepted during the booking process.

  1. NO-SHOW POLICY

If the Buyer fails to attend the tour, activity, or transfer service on time, the reservation may be considered a “No-Show,” and refunds may not be granted according to the cancellation policy.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure events including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Strikes or civil disturbances

In such cases, alternative dates, service changes, or partial/full refunds may be offered depending on the situation.

  1. DATA PROTECTION

The Buyer’s personal information is processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy of JustBookTours.com and applicable Turkish data protection laws.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

For any disputes arising from this Contract, Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

  1. ACCEPTANCE

By completing the reservation and payment process on JustBookTours.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Contract together with the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
