After the activity, guests will be safely transferred back to their hotel

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the activity, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged
If the guest does not attend the activity, misses the transfer, or cancels within 24 hours for any reason, 50% of the total reservation amount will still be charged
Reservations made within 24 hours before the activity can only be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes after booking confirmation
After 15 minutes, guests who wish to cancel a last-minute reservation agree to pay 50% of the reservation amount
