• Depending on traffic and operational conditions, there may be a delay of approximately 10–15 minutes.

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
• If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the tour, the guest agrees to pay 50% of the total reservation amount, even if no payment has been made yet.
• If the guest does not attend the tour, misses the transfer, or cancels within 24 hours for any reason, 50% of the total reservation amount will still be charged.
• Reservations made within 24 hours before the tour can only be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes after booking confirmation.
• After 15 minutes, guests who wish to cancel a reservation made within 24 hours of the tour agree to pay 50% of the reservation amount.
